Broken fridge

Very respectful and timely. Unfortunately, he deemed the fridge unrepairable so it can't be fixed. Now on to the replacement in my protection plan

The installation team is the best part of the warranty

We filed a claim in September of 2024. Today, after many calls, we have a new freezer door, installed with care. It took 2 replacement door deliveries to get our ice maker working. The first delivery had a big dent in the front of the door. Sears home services is good at frustrating their customers.

Empathetic

Al was excellent. He is the only reason I would continue to pay for the sears protect warranty. The fact that the sears protect customer service is in another country and they do not employ enough technicians gives them as a whole 1 star. I was 44 days without a washer due to the lack of help they have for appliance repair.
