Byron is Exceptional

Byron was right on time with his assessment visit. He is obviously very knowledgeable, with 10 years of appliance service experience. He was very personable and pleasant, and, assessed the problem with our dishwasher and the needed parts in about 20 minutes. He checked with a local parts house, located the parts and picked them up enroute to other scheduled calls. He was able to return and install the parts the same day. Byron tested the machine and did a reboot of the control system. He also inquired as to whether we had any other appliance issues. We were very impressed with Byron's service and will definitely request him for future service on any of our appliance. Thank you for your excellent service, Byron.

Range Repair

Jeremy was very knowledgeable and explained to me what needed to be replaced and even showed me the part that needed replacing. He changed the part and had my range repaired in no time. He was very professional and courteous.

Service on my refrigerator

The tech called me prior to going to my house. In the past the techs didn't call therefore the gps took them to the wrong address and they said no one was home. I made sure he went to the correct address. He was very nice and seemed to be knowledgeable. I had to leave because I had to get my grands from school. He did call after he finished. I thought that was thoughtful of him. That why I gave him 5 stars.
