Honest effort

Kelvin didn't come in and give me a five minutes answer that would have resulted in me spending more money for failed repairs when I could have for less replaced the item...he gave it an honest effort to see what was exactly the cause of the issue. and I value that considering I had just spent 270 on previous repairs and this issue was not resolved

Overall good

Told me what was wrong and fixed the problem. The bottom of my fridge wasn't getting cold at all. Said it was fixed and told to wait till an hour. I will check later on. To see if it's back working.
