Service technician

He was great, but the service was horrible. The wall oven went out over 3 weeks ago I received a technician and he serviced the job soon after he left the oven started the loud noise and we could not shut it off I called and they said they would send someone 2 or 3 days away. The noice stopped, started beeping again. A technician came back and replaced the computer in the oven. Soon after the oven started beeping again. I am very disappointed in the service Company. When Jesus came he worked on the oven and he said the part was defective. He had to replace the part. The service person I spoke to was extremely rude and not helpful at all. I asked to speak with someone over him he told me there was no one. When this contract is done, I will never use this company again.

New door on microwave

Jesus was courteous, fast and fixed problem. New door on microwave. Always good service with sears. Sears did the ordering and had it sent to me, Jesus came and installed it. Good work.
