Repair

Friendly, courteous, explained what the problem was and what he did to resolve the problem. Fortunately it was an easy fix to what could've been a bigger problem. Very thorough and checked everything out. Recommend this service.

Great repairman, terrible vendor in Thor

Tam did a great job in the 3 visits to my home. Came out on time the first day, went over the wine fridge identified the problem and worked with Thor to order the parts. came out a second time and found Thor sent the wrong parts... even confirmed on a call i listened in on. 3rd visit Tam repaired the fridge with the correct parts very quickly. Hes always very nice, super clean and just did a great job. was not his fault Thor was difficult to work with
