Sears appliance repair, is constantly not showing up for the appointment This program is designed to assist people but it's a scam, because who can wait months for HVAC, washing machine or Refrigerator repair. They came to my mom house to repair HVAC and it was raining, they sit in the vehicle and closed the work order. On May 27 they were coming to repair washing machine but the technician said his paperwork was for Refrigerator. TODAY they rescheduled for 7/2/24 without calling. SEARS claims they could not contact the technician TODAY 6/18/24. Their customer service is designed to lose or frustrat their elderly customers. Customer dump put me on hold for over 40 minutes today.
