I purchased and bought an extended warranty through Conn's (that's going out of business in our area), so I contacted Conn's on September 9th about my Ice Maker not making ice. The next day it so Sears contacted me via text scheduling a repair date at around the 1st week of October. I was contacted by the tech so that he could get an idea if what was going on. He then ordered a new I've maker. We received the ice maker and shortly after received a text to move the date up to September 25th. The tech came but the new ice maker did work (rotating wise) better than the old ice maker but it still didn't work. The tech said he'd order another part and be back October 28th. We received the part and was contacted with an earlier repair date but my mom had a cancer treatment that day and I couldn't be home. I received no other earlier dates. So on October 28th, the party was installed and we think and hope that the ice maker will work this time. Going all this time without that ice maker was a big pain in the ***. The long stretch of time is what frustrated me most. I care for my mother in law, my mother and my 2 grandkids during the work week. The rating for the techs, courteous, business like, and had knowledge of the repair needs, I would rate a 5...
