Satisfied but...
Isiah was awesome! I can't say the same for Sears Home Warranty scheduling. Replacing dishwasher motor was scheduled for Friday October 6 but I was stood up the whole day while waiting. Finally the following Friday Isiah arrives and fixes our problem. What is confusing is almost every day I received notice you were coming out Fri 6th and even on Friday 6th a phone msg came saying please be home because we will be there btw 8-5. No show!, but again Isiah knows what he is doing and fixed our problem...finally
