Washer repair
Our washer quit the weekend after Thanksgiving. Our home warranty company dispatched Sears Home Services. Mike came out and diagnosed the problem. The part was ordered and unfortunately on backorder. It eventually came in and another rep came out to install it. The new part did not solve the problem. Seems that possibly it had multiple problems. The new part was ordered. Mike came out today to install the new part. The problems seem to have been fixed. After 5 weeks, let's hope so. Both Mike and the other rep were very personable and knowledgeable.

A Happy Customer!
Michael was one of the best technicians I have encountered with AHW. He was very knowledgeable and had a great personality. I felt at ease with him and knew he would get the job done. He explained to me what the problem was and showed me the defective parts. Michael also kept me updated on the arrival time. I was assured that I would have my dishwasher fixed before the holidays if the parts arrived on time. He had me to call him when the parts came in and he was able to reschedule a quick appointment. I felt very special, because he cared about making me happy and took pride in his work.

Michael checked everything and didn't find my leak problem. He suggested what could have happened with temporary water buildup due to dog hair, etc. He gave me a piece of cardboard to place under my washer so if the leak happens again, he could better diagnose where it's coming from using the marking on the cardboard.

Jarvis our technician was prompt, knowledgeable, friendly, & courteous (especially when this old fart realized he could use a small refrigerator magnet in lieu of the missing safety magnet to start the machine. We have a replacement on order.) If we have issues again, we would enjoy Jarvis coming to our rescue again! :)
