Totally dissatisfied. Technician did complete service due model and serial number not being able to verify. This range has been serviced in the past and information should have been available to complete the diagnosis.

Washer
This has been the worst service to my mom. I am going to look into Elderly abuse to a 83 old beautiful black woman. You guys have been making repairs since October and do not want to lose your contract with AHS...enough is enough. I am going to replace my mom's washer today and wait to get my money back from either party.

Didn't stick
Did all the computers stuff but didn't bother to put clothes in washer to see that he didn't fix problem..now I got to wait a week for another person to come back out

Oven still not working properly
We were told the oven wasn't working because there is foil lining the racks to catch spills. We've done this for over 40 years with no issues yet it's now preventing our oven from working? Ridiculous. It took an additional 25 minutes to cook something before the repairman came and it's still takes double the time. We even removed the foil on the remote possibility there was any truth to it. There wasn't. Clearly we'll need to pay another company to fix it.

Left it broken
I waited 3 weeks for my washer to be fixed. Spent almost 500 dollars on parts and labor. He left saying it's fixed. I go to use it and an error code pops up and won't drain and the washer smells like it's smoking now.
