Gerald was very kind and knowledgeable. He provided excellent customer. He made sure my refrigerator was working perfectly before left. He also gave some great advice on how to enhance my refrigerator's performance. He fixed the problem very quickly. I will definitely make a special request for Gerald if I have any other appliance issues. I am a very satisfied customer.

Dryer Resurrection
My 23 year old gas dryer was starting to vibrate and make unusual noises. The belt and rollers replacement restored the dryer back to its previous quiet performance. It was pricey but worth it if it adds several years of life. The serviceman Michael arrived on time, described all the work to be done, cleaned up afterwards, and was very friendly. Great service.

Jarvis is VERY knowledgeable and adaptable. I have called for his help three times and have been extremely pleased. Sears could help the customer by telling us a more defined arrival time especially the day prior to the appointment and then the day of the appointment.
