Jason arrived at about 8:30 am this morning. He was well-prepared to complete the repair of our Samsung refrigerator and was done by 9:00am. I wanted to express our sincerest thanks to Sears for your prompt response to our request for service. We had originally contacted several local appliance repair companies but could not get anyone to come and diagnose the problem. I went online and booked an appointment with SHS and your technician, Andrew, arrived that same day, diagnosed with the problem, ordered the replacement part shortly after arriving. I will gladly recommend Sears Home Services to our friends. Thank you, again!
