Dryer repair
The repairman, Samuel, was polite, professional and efficient. Had the dryer repaired in short order and recommended that we clean duct more frequently going forward. I wouldn't hesitate to have him come back out for any additional services.

The service repair person throughly checkout the washer and decided the washer did not have any problems. He was very friendly and explained everything that he doing as he was checking out the washer. I truly appreciated this and I am glad that I had the Sears service contract.
