George was totally professional very courteous knew exactly what he was doing. Was a pleasure to have in my home and would definitely request him for future repairs I would give him more than five stars if possible.

George was great……… however it took three weeks to get a repair man here. There was no communication the first 2 weeks and nobody showed up. The second time I called I got an appointment again nobody showed up however I got a message. No technician available. The third time worked exactly as it should. Very disappointed in Sears communications. Sears used to be much better than this.
