On 6/11/24 Peter R. came back for a 2nd time to assess the problem with our ice maker. He went the extra step and found the problem. Now, all we need is the contact info for the supv. that approved for us to get our refrigerator replaced. Please have him contact me with my phone # associated with our Warranty plan. We did turn off the ice maker so it will not freeze up anymore. THANK YOU Peter for your time and dedication on this matter. Lisa F.
