Josh arrived and got to work right away. Based on the information that we provided, he checked the drum and seal on our Samsung washer. He quickly made a diagnostic guess. His guess was confirmed upon removing the top and seeing the broken part that had caused the damage. He was so polite and professional, explaining to me the details of the problem.
