George Lloyd was finally put on my job. I know from others that he is extremely knowledgeable about LG Refrigerators or any refridge. Mine is the top of the line and needed a pro. The third request, I finally got him. I spent hours on the phone trying to get him. And, each time they assigned me a different person. I was promised and finally got him just hours before my appointment. I have cancelled my service deal because someone messed up. It truley was a job only Mr. Lloyd could do. The actual repair was good. Jim was great! The initial visit by another technician left a little to be desired. It seems the first guy just didn't want to do the time-intensive work and so he said he needed to order parts that ended up being unnecessary (a computer board). So I had to wait an extra week and, as a result, had to spend $1000 on a backup fridge for my garage. I got the protection agreement so that I wouldn't have to get a backup fridge. Very unhappy about that. But Jim got it fixed today...so he is good.
