Problem not fixed
Technician didn't perform diagnostics to ensure proper repair .THe problem still exists, the machine don't complete the washing cycle, it stops at the drain and spin stage. The door is locked and the water inside, it must be drained manually through the small hose at the bottom of the machine for the door to unlock. He didn't fix the problem he only replaced the door lock which was unnecessary.

Worst service ever!!! DO NOT USE
I had never felt so robbed as with this service. The technician came into my house, LOOKED at the machine, and said I needed an electrician, and then he charged even more than the diagnostics fee. Do not use these people; this is a scheme to take people's money.
