2nd time the charm (hopefully)
Don said he replaced the capacitor,(July 12)and within 2 weeks my air conditioning was not working. He said today the capacitor was good but the bearing was bad. He replaced the capacitor today. Let's hope this is permanent.

Fridge's Weak Water Flow from Fountain

Ice maker replacement.
Ice maker not repaired. Replaced old with new but no follow up to verify repair. Now have to wait a week for process to start over. There was no trouble shooting. Just part replacement.

No stars
I am so upset. The technician texted me in the early afternoon, saying he was ten minutes away.That's so funny when they give a window from 8am to 5pm and I would be given a thirty minute morning. I did not see it.The text right away, but the text ended with, do you still need. My reply was delayed, but I did not say no, so my feeling is.He should have gone ahead and shown. A little bit later, I texted.Yes, because my mom was at home, waiting for him while I was at work. He never replied to my text of yes and he never showed up. When I got home at five o'clock and the house was baking and my four eighty four year old mom was on the sofa and I ask her who did the technician show up and she said, no, i was so up. My mom has congestive heart failure and needs the temperature to be comfortable. We live in south florida.It is hot. I called and text the ac repairman twice in the afternoon and there was no answer. Then I had to call back the warranty company and although he was supposed to come on a friday, the warranty company said a new technician would be scheduled four Monday. This is terrible, my mom and I are in an oven.

Unfinished job
Verley replaced the drain on my washing machine but left the plastic from the drum unsealed. He did not put the machine back together and I had to call for a second visit to complete the job

Freezer fan installation review.
The technician didn't come the day he was scheduled to install the parts (after money was collected). I tried calling the number and tried using both the text and email to reschedule. I wasn't able to. We went nearly two weeks before I received a text to reschedule. By that point, my husband looked up instructions on YouTube and installed the parts. At a minimum, Sears should credit us the cost for installation of the parts but they refused to. It looks like the problem was correctly identified and the correct parts were ordered. Everything appears to be functioning correctly.
