This last repair man was great. Rawl did a great job. He was thorough and checking my refrigerator out. The first repair man did not do the right job. on my icemaker . . He was to in rush. The part came with piece but he did not intsall it . Therefore, I had a leak still in my refrigerator that leaked under the bottom bins and ice up. This last repair man had to order three parts to do the job. Re-order the icemaker storage container and more. If it was done the first time right, there would be no need for anyone else to come out. Give a shout out for Rawl.

The technician gets a 5. But sears doesnot repeated cancellations is horrible customer service and doesn’t want to approve reimbursement for the delays.
