Very easy, pleasant appointment!
Brett was great, neat, polite, prompt and helpful and he fixed the problem with my stove quickly. He waited patiently and allowed me to vacuum and mop the floor underneath the stove before putting it back in place which I really appreciated! Highly recommend!!!

Sears Rep to Help with my Dryer
David was very sweet and explained why my dryer wasn't working. It needs further cleaning out and he showed me an example of what was happening with the dryer and why it wasn't heating properly.
