Glad he finally came to my house. Scheduled for 1-5PM and arrived at 7:20. I thank him for trying to keep on the scheduled appointments after a long hot day. He charged the system and used anti leak. I hope it works. If not, I will be calling back.

Kenmore fridge not cooling
Dwight was very knowledgeable. Sears asked us to send info on the model which I did. It would have been nice if Sears could tell us the possible part needed before sending technicians for us to decide ahead of time. You'd think they would know with all the questions they asked me and I answered along with the experience they have.
