washer repair
John was an excellent repairman. He was pleasant, very neat and completed the repair in a short period of time. He had ordered the parts that were needed so he didn't leave me without a washer till the parts arrived. What i don't like about the sears repair service is the customer service on the phone. It doesn't make a difference which phone # used to call Sears, you can never get a live person to speak with. The recording hangs up after it gives you choices to hear voice mail. there are times when you need to speak with someone and its impossible with sears customer service phone t
