Fiallo was a knowledgeable and polite young man who determined that an expensive new door to the refrigerator was evidently going to be needed. However, he decided to see if the wiring for the control panel was broken or worn through. While showing that to me, just by manipulating the wires, the problem was solved! The refrigerator lights and the control panel suddenly were working again. Thank you Fiallo for your diligence in solving the problem!
