Technician
After several attempts to repair the dishwasher by replacing various parts, Delroy pulled the dishwasher out and let it run a cycle and discovered water spraying out the back! This undetected leak has been the source of the dishwasher not running properly and long term it would have created incredible damage. I am so grateful for his attention to details and tenacious efforts to diagnose the problem!

From the first phone call Dwight, the technician could not have been more accomoadating and helpfull. As this was an emergency repair, I did not have time to clear the reapair visit with my condo office to assure all the insurance requirement were in place. Dwight immediately understood and took control of the situation. He stopped by the office before coming up and gave them everything they needed. He was also an amazing repair technition! Bravo.
