Amazing service!
John was professional and knowledgeable. He called and asked about the issue before arriving and had a pretty good idea of what the problem was. He arrived when he told me he would and tested and made sure his suspicion was correct which it was. He had the problem fixed quickly and was very personable as well. I wish John cold be our technician every time we need service! Thanks John for a job well done and a properly functioning microwave!

Brad was a Superstar!
Brad called with an ETA, arrived on time, replaced the parts in the washing machine, tested the repair and cleaned up when he was finished. Brad was respectful, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Brad is an example of all of the Sears Service Technicians that I have had service our products. On another note, I wish Sears would bring back the CAP Plans.

John was very prompt. He did an excellent job fixing our dishwasher. He is very polite and carefully listens to our concerns on how best to wash dishes and the best settings to use. He was very clean and cleaned up after himself. We highly recommend John and his Sears team. They always texted us on what needed to be ordered for parts not in his truck.
