my tech Dennis was extremely fast and cordial. He knew the exact issue, pointed out different parts that was causing the issue and explained the diagnosis. Even though it turns out I will have to get a new machine, it was still a great experience with him. Sears home service has sent others out many times throughout the years, and they truly have amazing techs, that are knowledgeable and friendly.
