After trying to get help since Friday afternoon, I finally got it today—Sunday, late afternoon. Andry came and fixed my problem. I waited all Friday afternoon and all day Saturday. The two technicians never arrived, but they both said I was at home. This was not true. I was very upset and angry. Also,I was using my mobile phone because my landline was out of order—but that was the phone number on the work order. And, only communicating with the automated system was extremely frustrating. After 30+ years with Sears I probably will ever call again.
