Fixed ref ridge ice maker
Got it working when here the first time as it unthawed. Ordered a heater for door part that did not fit. Water is still working . But said if it does it again probably need the door replaced. He was competent and a pleasure to deal with!

John's service was excellent, especially since the repair order was incorrect. Replaced the freezer light quickly and even installed the water filter that was sitting in my counter. I highly recommend him and wish I could request him for any future service requests
