Definitely recommend
Pedro was punctual and very knowledgeable about the problem we were facing with our Samsung washer . He diagnosed an issue with the clutch and motor of the washer and talked to our extended warranty company Assurant for replacing the part . Sadly, Assurant denied the claim . He kept us informed throughout the process of checking the problem , highly recommend him.
