Filter issue
John was great from the moment he arrived. I explained the issue with the filter on the fridge. He checked and realized that the current filter wasn't connecting due to a blockage between the filter and fridge. He explained and showed me how to install for the future and fixed the issue.

ice maker not working correctly
very nice, came in listen to what I had to say about the issue, and went to work to find out what was the problem was. found what was part of the problem and kept going until he figured out the rest of what could be causing the issue, and proceeded to repair it. So far the repair that Chris did is working. Only time will tell.
