Matt understood the problem, reached out to the prior serviceman to get the details & resubmitted the work order for a refrigerator replacement. I hope to have a replacement in 24 to 72 hours. I have been without a refrigerator for 35+ calendar days, all because of a breakdown of communication between Sears & the repairman. This is Not acceptable customer service on Sears part but the repairmen have been excellent.
