Repair was great! nine hour window for arrival was hard to deal with. At the very lease, please give me a morning or afternoon arrival time

After Tech Matthew R made repairs the Washer was worse than before he started. When he left the top wasn't closed properly. He had to be called back into the house to fix. When my girlfriend started the washer it was "NOW" making loud noises that weren't there before the repair. Tech was still in the driveway so she went out and told him and he refused to come back inside and look at the washer. He said he'd already closed the ticket and could not look at the washer again. He just drove off without looking at the washer again and it wasn't fixed. Complaint filed with Sears.

There’s no way to reach a person! My appointment has been changed now. This will be to my third appointment and I still have not heard from them and I can’t reach them! They just keep sending texts and canceling my appointments and moving it forward but you can’t reach them so be careful.

If I could give zero stars I would. No customer support whatsoever, technicians do not fix problems, and they only respond to times that are convenient for them not the customer. Do not waste your time with this company. Do not block out an entire day because they will end up canceling on you if it doesn’t benefit them.

David has been out twice to repair my washer it still is not repaired the agitator is not cleaning the clothes. New parts were ordered and I do not believe that David put them in but left the old parts in my washer. I do not want David back on my property. Please send a new technician. I have notified Choice Home Warranty about this experience.

Tim did everything he knew to do. My washer DID NOT GET FIXED. It was not his fault. It is Sears fault for not having the parts. I have been 3 weeks without a washer.
