Technicians that don't report the correct job code
Horrible. Refrigerator cannot be fixed and should be replaced according to protection agreement and they keep sending technicians that say the same thing and they're not reporting in the Job code - non-repairable so that fulfillment could replace it. That's all that they're waiting for. It's a shame how you guys treat your loyal customers

made things worse
nice polite man but he didn't fix the dishwasher in fact now I have a bigger leak from the dishwasher and had to call an emergency plumber about 2 hours after the tech said the leak was fixed

Technician never showed up
Andy never showed up, never called. Horrible service, day wasted at home waiting for a technician. He is also saying that he called at 2:00 pm - not true. Also, to talk to a person at Sears Warranty is almost impossible. Horrible, horrible service.
