GE oven range burner repair
It was a pleasure receiving Johnnie as a Sears Repair man He was reliable and responsible. He called me to tell me when he would arrive and he was punctual. He asked me what was wrong with the burner and he fixed it very well. He showed me when he finished that everything was repaired and tested it so I can be sure it was fixed. Thank you Johnnie for a job well done! Thanks to Sears also! Happy to be a loyal Sears customer for over two decades.

He knows his job very well and diagnose the problem within two minutes. He had the part with him and removed the defective part and installed the new part. The entire process took, approximately, 15 to 20 minutes. I've never had a washing machine repair before that was diagnosed, repaired, in such a short period of time.
