Steph was excellent, professional, polite and friendly. He was able to identify the problem and fixed it right away. This scenario is rare in Miami because many technicians do not show up or make you wait the entire day and still not able to fix the problem because they needed a part. If service like we got from Steph was the norm I would be a happier consumer. Five Star Srvice!!
