Luis was fine I did not have an issue with Luis. My issue is with Sears. My appointment was from 8 am until 12 pm. I have received several emails and text with Sears confirming the time throughout the week and on the same day of the appointment. At 12:30 when I had not heard from anyone I attempted to call Sears who connected me with someone from another country who I could not understand. I was sent to someone else by the name of Debbie. After I asked where the service advisor was she said just a minute and transferred me back to someone I could not understand. HORRIBLE SERVICE! After I hung up from that person without a resolution I received a text saying my advisor will show up between 1 and 2:06. At 1:50 Luis called to say he is on his way and should be by me in 25 minutes, it was 40 minutes. Again Luis was fine Sears sucks for NOT communicating properly and have people working the phone who don't know and don't care. Training is helpful...I would love to hear from someone of a higher pay grade to explain why that happened and why should ever use Sears again.

Although the tech was nice, the issue is still NOT resolved. The AC is nor working . It's still hot.

Terrible! First we had to wait all day until after 6 pm for the tech to arrive. Second, despite the fact that we had arranged to have two ac compressors looked at, he insisted that he was only going to address one. After disputing the fact that he was only going to look at one compressor, he in a fit of pique got back at us by saying in his inspection report that the damage to the compressor was not due to wear and tear. This was not true and is the subject now of an appeal with our insurance company. Absolutely terrible technician!

Rushed messy and still not fixed
David, Repair Man, replace the water pump, which was the issue of why the machine was not working. Leaving the site with water and debris on the floor was the least of my worries. And when we went to run the machine for the first time later that day, A error came up, which we did not receive prior to him arriving. He told me to submit a new service call? I don't agree and think he should come back to check the machine. Very disappointed at the very poor customer service offered by Sears tech David
