Rawle was very prompt and arrived within minutes of when he advised me via text message. Once he got here, he explained every step of what he was going to do, and then illustrated the problems as they were revealed through disassembly. Everything he told me I would see became evident as he went through the steps to repair the ice maker. He clearly knew what he was dealing with and his professional experience was outstanding. He was professional, cordial, very open about what he knew was causing the problem, and he illustrated that through every step that of the process. He is a true asset to your operation, and is excellent to be dealing with customers.
