Came the first appointment and diagnosed what was wrong, ordered parts to be sent to me, and scheduled next appointment to install parts. He was in and out on the 2nd appoint in less than 30 minutes. He was very cordial.

He arrived 30 minutes early and was quickly able to diagnosis the problems with our fridge. I urged him to get me if needed assistance, but he emptied the entire fridge and removed all the shelves himself. I apologized for not doing that but wasn't aware it was needed. He then fixed the problems and returned all the food himself! He deserves a bonus.

My experience working with Eric and Sears Home Services was amazing. Eric diagnosed the issue with my Whirlpool Estate washer, ordered the parts (which arrived within a week), installed everything, and my 20 year old washing machine is like new.
