Quickly diagnosed and problem fixed
A replacement part needed to be ordered but Sears monitored its shipment to schedule an appointment to install the part. Having and all day (8a-5p) arrival time is not good and would be difficult if I was working.

Michael is knowledgeable and exhibited expertise in determining the Issue with the dishwasher. He resolved that issue in an expedient manner. Michael also looked at our new Z line oven and identified the problem with it not maintaining a set temperature. His problem solving is outstanding and he gave us the information necessary to resolve that issue.
