The first repairman could have fixed it but he ordered parts we didn't need and did nothing. We waited 3 more weeks before a qualified guy did an excellent job.

We talked by phone. He was kind. You all had already canceled my appointment!! What a screwed up system you have. Very disappointing after all the $$ I've paid for the past year. Ridiculous robot/automated system. Get some humans who speak English. Unbelievable waste of my time and money. This had absolutely nothing to do with the nice technician.

In and Out In About An Hour
Communication was great and Bryan arrived as promised. Came in and got right to work repairing our ice maker. He was in and out in about an hour.

Great technician. Poor customer service.
Two parts were ordered to repair microwave. UPS lost one of the parts in delivery. Sears service impossible to contact by phone. Automated system is impossible to navigate. I had to follow up with UPS. Michael my tech got involved and managed to solve dilemma and get part required. He set up app't personally to install and repair.
