AC repair
I had a call in because my AC wasn't running. The tech didn't listen to what I was experiencing. He changed a capacitor and 15 minutes after he left it stopped working again just like before. He seemed more interested in getting to the next call. I took a day off anwaited all day for nothing. Extremely disappointed. If you like to contact me feel free.

poor repair
the tech did want to replace a power supply that had been taped back together. there is a hole in the control panel cover that is letting rain into the controller. he says it is not covered. i have had a contract on this water softner since 2014 . the keypad has been replaced under contract before. i do not understand why not. your tech was in and out of here in 10 minutes. last visit he did not even say he was leaving. he just left. NO COMMUNICATIONS! do not send him here ever again other techs have always took the time to explain what is being done. my household has not been able to use the water for over 3 weeks.
