I am submitting this review on behalf of my father whose house HVAC system was serviced by Al. I have never met Al but my father knew him from the years of services he's provided for my Dad. Al is simply Amazing individual! We spoke on the phone: He called me before his arrival at my Dad's home. He arrived on time and while there, he also called to give me a diagnostic review of the HVAC system and how he will repair the system. Al's customer service, service expertise were simply TOP NOTCH!
