I've dealt with many different service technicians over the years and have never felt compelled to give a review that rated a technician as exceptional . while experiencing An air condition malfunction during these hottest days of the year getting my system back online was a extreme priority due to the heat within my home. Albert came to my home ,immediately diagnosed the problem realizing the urgency to get my system back online . He ordered the part **the same day ****and repaired my system not requiring me to have to wait for a second appointment to fix the unit after it was diagnosed , which 90% of the other technicians would've done .. explain in detail every step of the process so what and why about the unit and what needed to be done and made it happen …Albert is a valuable asset to your Sears team.
