Excellent Customer Service
Brad was the Sears technician who came to service our garage door opener. He was very detailed oriented, knowledgeable and personable. It was a pleasure having him come to our home and found him trustworthy. He explained the work he was doing and advised the best way to keep the opener working at it's best and to increase longevity. He was very thorough and finished the service in a timely manner. Brad is a credit to Sears and always provides excellent customer service.
