After a delay in parts delivery Carlos called me to check on the issue. He said he would look into it. Coincidentally they arrive that same day. He worked me into his schedule and I was back in action within a day.

Quick and very professional
Robert showed up on time as previously agreed to fix my refrigerator. He assessed the situation and needed some parts to get it fixed. He went out to get the new part at their warehouse and returned in the afternoon to finally replace and fix the refrigerator. Thank you Robert.
