Great service.
The title says it all, great service! Tony was knowledgeable and professional and quickly diagnosed, ordered the correct parts, and came back to install them. Our GE Cafe oven is like brand new now!

Daniel was kind and courteous.
My experience with scheduling has been horrific with the company cancelling my appointments but recording them as me cancelling or not being at home. Truly false. It was no shows of the techs after waiting all day! It's VERY difficult to schedule, and No Way to reach anyone on the phone. However, Daniel showed up today, had a helper meet him here and the oven parts were changed out very quickly. He, as well as his helper was very nice. Now......tonight will be the test to see if it all works!

The air conditioning unit was inoperative. Arrived before 5:00 PM. A thorough assessment was conducted, the fault identified, and the necessary repairs completed. The AC unit is now fully operational. A detailed explanation of the problem was provided upon request.

Gavin was great but HomeServices Terrible
Gavin the technician was great. He knew his work and washer is now working. The home services is horrible. Original date was Jan 16th. Sears cancelled and came Jan 17. Gavin prescribed what needed to be done and ordered parts. Parts arrived Jan22 and system kept rescheduling as system not showing both parts received. They were both in same box!!!! I had to speak with 2 supervisors, 1 manager and 3 agents to resolve this! Pitiful! Only to receive a window for visit to fix washer from 8-5. Ridiculous! Its unfortunate that such a good employee has to work in such a chaotic company. This is probably why Sears closed in the first place. I won't be renewing warranty. Machine should have been replaced!
