Paperwork issued by Sears/Cinch rather confusing for end consumer. No accounting for prepayment of Service Visit in calculation of Balance Due, and, no indication that Total Charges are paid for by Warranty Contract.

I received call when service technician was approximately 30 minutes away. He arrived and initially seemed a bit perturbed when I stated that my gate opened in the opposite direction that he opened it. He asked for the ordered parts and begin working. Within 20-30 minutes the parts were installed and he was on his way. Before leaving his personality had improved, making it a good customer service experience, on my part. I will use the repaired washing machine, trusting that the replacement parts were the only issue, regarding the repair. Thank you Tom.

I feel he mock me like little kid that is ignorant and knows nothing what I'm talking about because my ice maker machine doesn't make more then 1/2 cup of ice. He was here yesterday and installed compressor $477 and said it should be more. I took out Sears insurance and they told me I use it emedietly, Ken told me I need to wait 30 days. It was my refrigerator and freezer that didn't work, I'm in FL almost 100 f heat with heart failure. The man needs retraining. Feel for his wife Mindy
