I am very pleased with technician that came to my house and came to install parts in dryer. He ordered a week ago. My dryer is so much quieter now! Such a big improvement. I found him very knowledgeable and courteous.

Ted was great. Very knowledgeable and polite and even adjusted his schedule to accommodate my schedule change. Sears phone service, on the other hand was the worst. It's a big sales rip-off with nobody available to help with anything involving service. I'll never call back.
