Antonio was very acknowledge with the problem I was having with unit. He explained every thing that was going wrong with unit , explained how the unit should be wrong in.Very glad to have him as Sears technician very clean work left area clean and unit level in place as it needed

Not good the refrigerator is still not working. The service man said that it'll get cold within 24 hrs but at 2 am it's not starting to get cold

We were very disappointed because we had an appointment last week on Tuesday. The technician didn't arrive and didn't send any information about Why didn't come . We had another appointment yesterday( Tuesday) . The technician didn't arrive and didn't send any information about . Sears Home Service gave us another appointment for today Wednesday, September 27. Today was different. Mr Richard called us, arrives in time and he repaired the washer machine . We gave the best qualification to Richard and the person from Sears Home Service office,who gave us a new appointment yesterday afternoon for today
